Built for the pace of public office
Public Pulse was founded on a simple observation: government offices manage enormous volumes of constituent correspondence with tools designed for a different era. We're building the platform that changes that.
What drives us
Democracy is worth protecting
Democracy is a precious national asset that needs continuous investment and innovation. We build the infrastructure that helps parliamentary offices respond faster, engage deeper, and serve better - strengthening the connection between citizens and the people who represent them.
Every constituent deserves a response
No constituent should go unanswered because a team is overwhelmed. We build technology that ensures every person gets a thoughtful, timely reply - regardless of office size or volume.
Government deserves modern tools
Correspondence management has never had the tools it deserves - in government or the private sector. We are building the first platform purpose-built for this era, combining AI, compliance, and security standards that both sectors need.
AI should augment, never replace
Pulse drafts responses grounded in your knowledge base and voice. Your team reviews, edits, and approves every message. The human stays in the loop - always.
Security is non-negotiable
Government data demands government-grade protection. ISO 27001 certified, CASA Tier 2 assessed, Australian data sovereignty, and row-level tenant isolation. No exceptions.
Built in Australia, for the Commonwealth
Public Pulse is an Australian company built for parliamentary systems worldwide. Our data stays onshore, our team understands how government offices operate, and our platform is designed for the way Commonwealth parliamentary offices actually work.
