Support
Every office running Public Pulse is answering someone. If something is in the way of that, tell us and we will get to it.

Open Trust CenterCommon questions
- How do I get an account?
- Public Pulse is provisioned per office, so there is no public sign-up. An administrator in your office invites you, and the invitation arrives by email. If your office does not use Public Pulse yet, send us a message and we will walk you through getting set up.
- I cannot sign in
- You can sign in with Google, with Microsoft, or with an email address and password. Use whichever your office set up for you - the three are separate, so a Google account will not sign you in to an email and password account with the same address. If you are stuck, email support and name the method you are trying.
- I have lost my authenticator and cannot pass MFA
- Email and password sign-in requires a time-based one-time code. If you no longer have the device that generates it, an administrator in your own office can reset multi-factor authentication for you. If nobody in your office can, contact support from the email address on the account.
- How do I connect our office mailbox?
- An administrator connects the office mailbox once, from Settings, using your existing Outlook or Gmail account. Everyone else in the office then works in that shared mailbox without connecting anything themselves. Your office keeps its own address throughout.
- Does Pulse send email on its own?
- No. Pulse can prepare and route a draft, but it cannot initiate a send. Replies from shared office accounts require an authorised approver; replies from personal accounts can only be sent by that account’s owner.
- Which devices are supported?
- Public Pulse runs in any current browser on desktop, and as an app on iPhone and iPad. The mobile app needs iOS 16 or later and an account that already exists - it is a way into your office’s workspace, not a separate product.
Your data
You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to privacy@publicpulse.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Accounts belong to the office that provisioned them, so closing an individual account is done by an administrator in your own office. To close an office account entirely, or to have its data removed ahead of the standard retention period, write to privacy@publicpulse.com from an address on that account.
What we collect, why, how long we keep it and who it is shared with is set out in full in the Privacy Policy.
