Public Pulse
Company / Story

It starts with someone asking for help.

Government offices do extraordinary work with tools that were built for a different era. We believe the people serving our communities deserve better.

Sydney HarbourAn Australian company.
A public purpose.
01 / The observation

Important work. Disconnected tools.

Government and parliamentary offices handle correspondence that can change someone’s day, or someone’s life. Yet the work often sits across inboxes, documents and individual memories.

When a colleague is away, an enquiry changes hands or a response needs approval, the team has to piece the context back together. The office carries the responsibility. Its tools should help carry the work.

02 / The response

Give the office a shared memory.

Public Pulse brings the conversation, the constituent context, supporting knowledge and next steps into one workspace.

The idea is simple: the people responsible for an enquiry should be able to see what has happened, what is known and what needs to happen next.

03 / The commitment

Keep people at the centre.

We build AI to help prepare the work, with sources that can be reviewed and decisions that stay with the team.

Our purpose is to give public offices more time and better context to serve their communities. That is the standard we keep building towards.

Our purpose, in practice

From a shared inbox
to a connected office.

We started with a simple observation: public offices need a better way to keep the conversation, the context and the next step together.
