Public Pulse achieves ISO 27001 certification
Our commitment to government-grade security reaches a new milestone with internationally recognised information security certification.
By Public Pulse
We are pleased to announce that Public Pulse has achieved ISO 27001:2022 certification, the international standard for information security management systems (ISMS). This certification validates the rigorous security practices we have built into every layer of the platform.
What this means for our customers
For parliamentary offices handling sensitive constituent correspondence, ISO 27001 certification provides independent assurance that Public Pulse meets the highest standards for data protection, access control, and incident management. It covers our entire stack: infrastructure, application code, data handling processes, and team operations.
Our security journey
Security has been a priority since day one. We built Public Pulse with row-level security, end-to-end encryption for sensitive fields, and comprehensive audit logging. ISO 27001 formalises these practices into a continuously monitored and independently audited framework.
